Bill has over 40 years of food service experience that touched on almost every aspect of the food supply chain. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America then worked positions as buyer and chef for hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, Washington, DC, Rochester, New York and Tampa Florida. He was also vice-president of a fresh produce processing company in Nashville, TN. Other food related experiences included pizza, bagels and wholesale seafood.
